This is where it seemed to differ for us. I am wondering...when my D and I visited Grinnell we thought the place was dead. Then, all of a sudden, all the doors in every building opened and students started streaming out. It seemed that the classes all started and stopped at similar times, much like high school. The same thing happened at L and C. It seemed very quiet and then, boom, we looked around and there were students all over the place. I am not positive that this is why you guys didn't seem to see too many students, but we certainly did.

for future people: L and C made my Ds final list, she was accepted and she is going back to visit again in a little over a week. This time she hopes to attend two classes. It is between L and C, Bryn Mawr, Dickinson and Occidental. I will be interested to see if the setting and city of Portland win her over or not.
