Admissions officers will generally tell you that they would prefer to see A's in the most rigorous classes available at the student's high school.
As long as your daughter can maintain her excellent grades (and they are excellent if she has a 96 average in the curriculum you describe), enjoys the challenge, and has time for other things outside of class, she is probably on the right track.
On the other hand, if you feel that your daughter is overly stressed, or can't handle the work, then it might be time to revisit her schedule. But, I personally wouldn't change it just because her friend has a slightly better GPA in easier classes.
