College Board and US News primarily offer information on undergraduate programs.  Princeton Review's graduate search feature turns up useless results. Is there any other site where you can search for graduate programs by specialty?

Here's a good place to start: http://www.library.uiuc.edu/edx/rankgrad.htm  The first link you'll see there is to a site that lets you do a customized search of doctoral programs.

For professional programs (law, medicine, business), you'll have to do google searches for rankings.

Another technique I've used is to do a google advanced search, limiting the search to the .edu domain. Then search for the name of the program -- i.e., masters of fine arts, mechanical engineering masters, etc. That should turn up leads as well.
