Has anyone had success in finding good LD services in California colleges? If so, where?

Westrnmom,
A friend of my daughter's has a fairly severe LD plus ADD. She will be attending Dominican University of California in San Raphel next year. Her parents investigated LD services very closely and they were pleased with what they found there. They were specifically interested in private colleges, and other schools that her mother has mentioned as having good LD support programs include: Redlands, Occidental, U of the Pacific, Whittier, and Loyola Marymount.
Additionally, all of the UC's and many of theCal States have good LD programs. A few Cal States that I have looked at specifically include: Chico, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Humboldt State, Sonoma State, and San Diego State. And, the University of Arizona is frequently mentioned as having an exceptional program for LD students.

Do you know how she evaluated the services at the different schools? I see a couple that I've looked into, many that are not.
