Carolyn, I don't know where to put it, but maybe it would be useful to have another list (in alpha order like the accepted or final choice lists) of where the parents attended college and grad school. I know it's been a few years  , but still many of us keep in touch through alumni/ae associations, and since we know the names, traditions, historical strengths and current projects, we may be able to help. If a student has a question or just a "do I fit X?" thought, they could look on the list and maybe send a message to a parent who has been there as a student.

I've added my info alphabetically, in a monospace font for lining up nicer. I'd also like to suggest we could add any schools our children or spouses/significant others attend(ed), if anyone's willing to share. I know a lot about my S's school, for instance, and even some about my H's schools, and would be quite willing to share my knowledge.
