I don't know what to call these cards, but you know what I mean, the cards we put into envelopes so the schools can return them saying they have received sent material. (Boy that needs to be shorter!) Reply cards?

Anyway, is it appropriate to ask the GC to include them with his recommendations? How about with transcripts?

Thanks.

Since we had to give the GC pre-addressed envelopes for the recommendations, transcripts, mid-year reports, etc., I just dropped the postcards into the envelopes. Didn't mention it to the GC; I don't think he even noticed.

Same with recommendations.

I was concerned about those, because the mailing was not within my control. Once we got the postcards back, I stopped worrying. (We got most of them back.)

My son's GC laughed when she noticed the cards and asked him whether this was his Mom's idea. But she didn't seem to mind at all.
