| As I said in my other reply to you in one of your other threads, full rides for international students are very rare at U.S. colleges. The few that are available typically go to top applicants with outstanding grades and test scores. The best list that I know of in terms of determining which schools offer financial aid and merit scholarships is the one on the link I provided at the Overseas College Admissions Counseling Association. Some schools which may not be on that list but which can be generous to international students include: Lawrence U, Grinnell, Beloit, Cornell College (not the university in NY but the college in Iowa), College of Wooster. I believe none of these offer full rides, but several do try to meet full need for international students once they are accepted (in other words, it will be based on your family's income). The deadlines for applying for the fall at most of these colleges, however, have probably passed -- a few may be willing to take a last minute application, however.

Also, another way to search for merit scholarships based on your grades is this: go to google.com, click on the advanced search link. By the domain, limit it to .edu Then enter the search term: Scholarship MYSATSCORES In other words, if your combined SAT score is 1800, enter Scholarship 1800 SAT. I would also search just for your math and critical reading score. You can also search for Scholarship International Students. You should turn up some possibilities this way, but be sure to check to see that international students are eligible for the results based on test scores - some colleges only offer them to US citizens.
Again, there are very few full rides available at US schools for anyone, but even fewer for international students. The few full rides typically go to students who have math/critical reading scores above 700 on each section.
There are, however, quite a few decent sized merit scholarships out there for students with lower test scores, but many may not be available to international students. So, once you have a list, you will need to contact each school to determine your eligibility.

| Just want to add that one school that does offer a full-tuition scholarship (not room and board) to EVERY student is Berea College in Kentucky. They have strict guidelines in terms of family income level and, while they do take international students, they don't take a large number. Their admissions staff is extremely helpful, so I would suggest emailing them for more information.
