Thank you for clarifying, Carolyn. That is very wicked of them. Why do they even bother accepting someone when they are going to do that? They obviously don't have the students best interests at heart, do they. I actually didn't realize they could add a Perkins on TOP of a Stafford. I thought they were in place of one since the interest is so low! What a rip.
